Q: Who is Spotless Cleaning Solutions?
We are a domestic & commercial cleaning business established in 2011, providing a professional cleaning service in Dorchester, Dorset with a local client base in the Dorchester, Weymouth & Portland area.

Q: What work can I expect to be done?
Any household chores from basic cleaning and tidying, cleaning the fridge, the oven, keeping cupboards tidy, making beds, changing bed linen, washing, ironing etc.. to suit your needs. The amount of work accomplished depends on the service the client has chosen and how much time is allocated for the service and the attention to detail required

Q: How often can I have a service?
You can choose weekly, fortnightly or even a daily service. A number of clients have services two or three times a week with some having a service each day. If you are running out of time, try a twice-weekly service! You will love the extra time for yourself and your family.

Q: Do I need to be home when a cleaner services my home?
Not at all, we often clean clients homes when they are at work or away on business, we also clean holiday homes which are managed by us with the owners often living out of the area. We will arrange in advance any key arrangements and will safely hold your keys until returned.

Q: Is the person coming into my home screened for suitability?
Absolutely! Our Recruitment process includes face-to-face interviews with prospective cleaners in their own home, background, work history and identification checks as well as stringent reference checking. All written references are contacted and checked before any work is issued.

How do I pay for the Service?
By cash, standing order or cheque (made payable to Spotless Cleaning Solutions)

What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
We are completely flexible with your schedule, if you need to change cleaning times or dates just contact us on 01305 261144 and we will re-arrange the service.

Can I change my cleaner if I am unhappy?
Absolutely! Just one call to our office is all it takes. A replacement will be arranged courteously and discreetly.

Do you guarantee a quality service?
Absolutely! We only ask that, in all fairness, there is enough time allocated for the cleaner to get the job done properly, if there is any issues which needs to be addressed please don’t hesitate to call us, or email or office and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
No, we prefer to use our own cleaning equipment and products for insurance reasons.

What if something is damaged while cleaning my home?
Cleaners registered with Spotless Cleaning Solutions are covered with Public Liability Insurance. This means you are protected while the cleaner is in your home. Public Liability Insurance is extremely important for both our Clients and Cleaners and is one of the most important reasons for using our Service.
