The minimum booking is 2 hours. This applies to all service types including domestic, commercial, and end of tenancy.

Please let us know in advance which appliances you'd like cleaned. All appliances should be turned off prior to the cleaning session.

Furniture that requires two people to move should be moved prior to cleaning, or you can ask your cleaner to help you move it on the day.

For regular cleaning, we invoice within 2 days of completion with payment due by end of the same month. For one-time cleaning, payment is due within 7 days of the service date. All invoices are issued electronically.
